Richard is a creative leader who established a unique medical practice in his prior role as Chief Medical Officer & Executive Vice President of Operations of a national anatomic and molecular pathology company serving over 1.2 million patients/year, directly leading an organization of over 650 professionals. He has Board experience (Baylor Genetics BOD and Cernostics Medical Advisory Board) and serves as Associate Clinical Professor of Pathology at UT-Southwestern Medical Center.
